The year is almost over and my blog 2008 is almost 2 years old now. A lot has changed since I started it: I wrote up my PhD thesis (that I can hopefully defend soon), started a new job at HoloBuilder.com—one of Germany’s most innovative Augmented and Virtual Reality startups—and moved from Leipzig to Aachen. So I decided it’s about time for my blog to get a fresh new look.
First, I’ve switched to the Libre theme, which I like even more than the previous one (Typo) due to its clean and slim, yet sophisticated look and beautiful typography (cf. why i’m a minimalist). Second, I’ve finally designed a logo for my blog, which you can see above. I believe it makes a pretty good match with the new overall look & feel and reflects my love for minimalist design. What d’ya think?
